Before any treatment begins, we’ll provide a clear, itemized breakdown of your expected coverage and your estimated out-of-pocket costs. Greenlee Dental Wellness Program
Don’t have dental insurance? The Greenlee Dental Wellness Program is our in-house membership plan designed to make consistent, preventive dental care affordable for uninsured patients. For a flat annual fee, each tier includes exams, X-rays, cleanings, and a percentage discount on additional services. No deductibles, no waiting periods, no claim denials — just straightforward access to the care you need.

Standard Wellness Program ($450/Year)
- Two periodic exams per plan year
- One limited oral emergency exam per plan year
- All diagnostic x-rays
- Two child or adult cleanings per plan year
- Additional cleanings at just $40 per visit
- 10% off Invisalign services
- 15% off all other services and products
Perio Wellness Program ($450/Year)
- Two periodic exams per plan year
- One limited oral emergency exam per plan year
- All diagnostic x-rays
- Two perio maintenance cleanings per plan year
- Additional perio maintenance cleanings at just $60 per visit
- 10% off Invisalign services
- 15% off all other services and products
S.R.P Program ($450/Year)
- Two periodic exams per plan year
- One limited oral emergency exam per plan year
- All diagnostic x-rays
- Two perio maintenance cleanings per plan year
- Additional perio maintenance cleanings at just $60 per visit

For treatments not covered by insurance, or for patients who prefer to spread costs over time regardless of coverage, we offer two flexible financing options:
