Greenlee Dental Wellness Program
At Greenlee Dental, we believe that quality dental care should be accessible and affordable for everyone, including our patients without dental insurance. With this in mind, we’ve designed the Greenlee Dental Wellness Program to ensure that everyone can receive the care they need.
Our program is offered in three tiers: the Standard Wellness Program, the Perio Wellness Program, and the S.R.P Program. Each plan is priced at $450 per year and provides a tailored set of services to address various patient needs.
The Standard Wellness Program Includes:
- Two periodic exams per plan year
- One limited oral emergency exam per plan year
- All diagnostic x-rays
- Two child or adult cleanings per plan year
Additional cleanings at just $40 per visit
- 15% off all other services and products
The Perio Wellness Program Includes:
- Two periodic exams per plan year
- One limited oral emergency exam per plan year
- All diagnostic x-rays
- Two perio maintenance cleanings per plan year
Additional perio maintenance cleanings at just $60 per visit
- 15% off all other services and products
The S.R.P Program Includes:
- Two periodic exams per plan year
- One limited oral emergency exam per plan year
